Sam Lisowski is an American editorial and promotional illustrator living and working in Maine. Driven by a wide-ranging interest in both mediums and subject matter, he aims to create compelling work that bridges disciplines and connects with diverse audiences. His focus on core design principles brings a level of sophistication to his art, while his playful experimentation with color and technique reflects his love for the fantasy genre and the outdoors.
Sam graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Maine College of Art & Design in 2025 and now works as a freelance illustrator as well as a crew leader for Lakes Environmental Association on the Aquatic Invasive Species Removal Crew.
